Our Swiss-Chef Damian Beck will spoil you every day with an excellent gourmet menu - a feast for the eyes and the taste-buds. Fish dishes exquisitely presented are his speciality.

He is famous for the light and Mediterranean way in which he prepares his dishes, which means that his menus are healthy and nourishing. It is important to us that our dishes vary and that they are all fresh and original in their preparation and of highest quality. Most of the fruit and vegetables that we use are organic; some are even grown in our own garden. We can also cater for special dietary needs on request.
