REIKI
Reiki is a natural, safe,
gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on healing.
Recipients of Reiki report experiences of
increased energy, reduction of pain, deep
relaxation and a general feeling of well being.
Reiki initiation attunes a practitioner to
become a channel for the Reiki energy and is a
powerful life-changing experience for physical,
mental and spiritual growth.
It has been recognised by
the World Health Organisation since 1962 as a
Therapy that contributes to the Well Being of
humanity. It was developed by Mikao Usui who
lived in Japan during the XIX century. For
thousands of people Reiki is also an excellent
way of individual development and spiritual
realisation.
How is it applied?
In a very simple way: the patient comfortably
lies down while the therapist places their own
hands on several positions through the patient’s
body so it can be energized and balanced.
