PRACETA
The village square has always been the traditional meeting place for locals and at Cascade, the Praceta is exactly that, the heart of a lively community.
It will have shops and services to provide both clients and residents with the necessities of everyday life, amongst others, a small supermarket, hairdressing salon, delicatessen, launderette and chic boutiques. The restaurant offers a mixed menu prepared by the chefs at Cascade’s own 5-star hotel. Food can be eaten on site or vacuum packed for taking home.
There is a health club and a facility offering medical and wellness support, from preventative checks to a holistic approach to well-being.
An ongoing programme of social activities and community projects will give residents the opportunity to partake in their leisure pursuits and will undoubtedly enjoy being among like-minded people.
